The Greater Northwest Neighborhoods Festival celebrates the unity of the citizens of Northwest Baltimore in their commitment to community economic development, support for families, and high-quality education. This event marks the beginning of a new era for the Howard Park Community. This Festival will be the last event to take place on the grounds of the Calvin Rodwell Elementary School before it begins its transformation – both physical and programmatic – from Howard Park’s community Pre-K through 5 school to a consolidated elementary-middle school providing expanded opportunity for growth and learning to the youth of Northwest Baltimore City. There will be vendors, entertainment, food, art activities, and fun for everyone as we reminisce about the wonderful days we have had at Calvin Rodwell and look forward with excitement to the dynamic, 21st century school as which it will return. In keeping with the theme of celebrating unity, the Festival is a collaborative project of the Howard Park Civic Association, Calvin Rodwell Elementary School, and individual communities of the Greater Neighborhoods of Northwest Baltimore City (GNNBC), with support from the Mayor and City of Baltimore and our festival sponsors. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at  festival@howardparkca.org.
